Rats and mice are found everywhere around Perth making rodent removal a common issue. Rodent activity will occur all year round but tends to increase during the start of winter to late spring. Other costs include bait stations, the number used depends on the size of the property and treatment plan. For this reason, the exact price for rodent removal cannot be quoted without prior inspection.
Some useful tips for rodent removal around your place:
- Cut back any overhanging trees or palm branches near the roof.
- Pick up fallen fruit and remove palm nuts (rats love to eat these).
- Remove all garden rubbish.
- Keep gardens from becoming overgrown.
- Try and keep fence lines out in the open, overgrowth provides cover for rats.
