End of Lease Pest Control Treatments
This is the treatment you need to receive your pet bond back.
We treat all carpeted areas, doormats, cupboard bases and along the skirting of each room.
The exterior wall bases and the immediate exterior area is also treated.
Any obvious sandy garden areas where your pets and fleas like to hang out will also be sprayed.
Our best prices for end of lease pest control:
For an average 3 to 4 bedroom house or unit: $145 + GST
From $165+ + GST for larger properties
- The treatments we use are water-based which do not stain or smell.
- They are perfectly safe for people and pets.
- Treatment takes around 30 to 45 minutes to complete depending on the size of your property.
- You can re-enter the property once the treatment has been done.
- Pets can be safely let loose outside once the treated areas are dry.
The carpets may still be wet when the flea treatment is applied. The spray will re-wet the carpets and care is taken not to dirty the clean carpets. I always take my boots off on entering the house (I just get soggy socks)!
The pet bond fumigation is the last thing you do before you hand the keys back to your property manager.
Things you need to know:-

You can pay by EFTPOS, Credit card or bank transfer.
We are very flexible if you need to book last-minute we can always find a way to fit you in.
If you are working, we can come before you go to work or after you come back.
You do not need to be home at the time of your end of lease flea treatment, you can arrange a place for us to pick the key up and we can then email you the invoice and take your card payment over the phone.
