What you can do before treatment
The carpets should already have been cleaned.
The carpets may still be wet when the flea treatment is applied. Care is taken not to dirty the freshly cleaned carpets.
The house should have been emptied of all your belongings and the cleaning finished. Don't worry, as long as all the carpets are clear. We can still work around boxes and furniture.
What we will do
We use water-based pest treatments which do not stain or smell. They are perfectly safe for people and pets.
We will treat all carpets, door mats, cupboard bases and skirting areas of each room.
The exterior wall bases, immediate outside areas and any obvious sandy garden areas where your pets and fleas like to hang out will also be sprayed.
Treatment takes around 30 to 45 minutes to complete depending on the size of your property. You can re-enter the house once the treatment has been done.
We will give you a hard copy or email you an invoice. You can then pass this onto your property manager to certify that your end of lease flea treatment has been done.
You do not need to be home at the time of your vacate treatment. You can arrange a place for us to pick the keys. We can then take your card payment over the phone and email you the paid invoice.
If you are working, we can come before you go to work or after you come back.
We are very flexible. If you need to book last minute we can always find a way to fit you in.
